The Diploma in Facilities Management (DFM) offers a unique blend of both the soft skills and the technical skills of facilities management of hotels, resorts, commercial buildings, hospitals and other properties. If your passion is in managing multi-million dollar properties, this is the course for you!

This course prepares students for exciting facilities management career with property developer and owners, service providers, government agencies and statutory boards.

Facilities Management is a rapidly growing professional and vital discipline concerned with the multidisciplinary activities of integrating people, asset, environment and process to ensure functionality, to enhance lifestyle, to add value, and to optimise the physical environment and infrastructure. Besides the diploma, you will also be awarded the Fire Safety Manager Certificate and Building Construction Safety Supervisor Certificate.

Applicants must obtain:

i) the following GCE 'O' Level grades at not more than two sittings and

ii) 26 points or better for the net ELR2B2 aggregate score (i.e. English Language, 2 relevant subjects and best 2 other subjects, including CCA Bonus points)
